Manish Seth, CPA, CFE, has over 20 years of experience. Manish is adept at looking where each client is in their lifecycle and helping them develop a plan to take their company to the next stage and strategically grow their business, while managing their reporting and filing requirements. His expertise extends to various industries including privately held companies, real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, services and energy. Manish’s primary focus has been in privately held businesses, assisting companies develop a growth plan and a strategy to maximize the owner’s earning potential.
Professional Background
Manish began his accounting career working for one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms in Houston. Manish has experience in national and regional accounting firms, in addition to working in industry in various roles. Manish has been an accounting manager, internal auditor and a corporate controller for a multi-national seismic software company. At ABIP, Manish leads the firm’s assurance and advisory practices and provides business growth consulting, along with being the principal partner for the firm’s marketing initiative. As a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Cybersecurity Advisor, he also heads ABIP’s Fraud Services and Cybersecurity Groups.
Education and Associations
Manish graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Masters in Professional Accounting and a Bachelors in Business Administration. Manish is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). He actively volunteers his time in the Fort Bend community where he is currently a board member of the Cullinan Park Conservancy and a member of the advisory council for a local community bank. He has served as a prior board member and treasurer for the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce and a board member for a not-for-profit healthcare provider. Manish has also recently been appointed by Texas Governor Greg Abbott to the One-Call Board of Texas.
